"Sorry. You said anything? Couldn't hear you over all this omnipotence~"

Actualization: To materialize. To make fact, to make real. The master drive of all creatures is to actualize themselves, to realize one's true potential.

Hubris: Arrogance. Excessive, foolish pride and dangerous overconfidence. A behavior that challenges the gods, and in turns brings the downfall of its perpetrator.

As a simple principle of the universe, one is limited to their own ability and power. To have confidence in one's non-existing abilities, or to to rely on being more power than someone more powerful than you, should, without fail, bring negative results.

The only exception to this rule seems to be the king of langurs Hanuman. It is not an easy exception to describe, much less measure or explain in depth. One could theorize it came about as a result of the boons he was gifted at birth by the gods, a result of being crucible of thousands of blessings from thousands of spirits, coalensced into a power only limited by his holder's confidence in it.

If the causes are a mystery, at least the result is not too hard to grasp. To put simply, Hanuman is capable of actualization beyond the laws of the universe. The universe, rather, bends itself to match his perception, to the degree with which he believes in it.

Hubris is not a fault to him, but an asset. It brings him no downfall, but on the contrary, it propels him to the heavens.

Old pic that was just waiting for me to write the text to go along with it, exposing a bit more on this guy's capabilities. It's nice drawing something nonfetish once in a while, yeah? ^^ And I like the lil' grayscale did for this one, as well as getting creative on the effect surrounding him.
