Ive taken up coloring in SAI again~ :D

came across this rather old picture in my old hard drive after my old PC died on me a few years ago, just having gotten around to sorting the messy hard drive.. found an old Raichu in a Lopunny outfit, i left the Japanese text there in hopes maybe someone will recognize it, i even tried having our room mate whos learning the language translate it for me, not much came from it but websites referencing a maid outfit simlar to this nature.

But yea! i first wanted to color this cause it was just something i thought would look cute on my Chuu and just be something i did for funzies but friends have said how cute it looks and give it a try uploading.
