So you either run multiple to try and get the burn off, or use it for Rank 5 plays.

This card will be getting retooled when the reboot of the game releases.

In terms of how Rite cards are played, basically the number in the gem is the number of character cards you have to sacrifice in order to play it in general. Rite cards will likely have a powerful effect to make up for the numerous offerings since all cards usually require you spend points to play them in the first place (their Levels). Assuming I put Tiers on Rite cards, a deck cannot surpass the Tier limit in advanced play. This mainly is to limit how powerful a deck can get with high Tier cards.

So for example, if the Tier cap was 20 and Nacho Puff Dragon was a Tier 4, that would mean you can only have 5 of those cards in a deck while all your other cards would have to be Tier 0 (usually weaker cards with some exceptions). So if a deck had 5 of those dragons then you'd need to offer 25 character cards in order to play them all (assuming there aren't any/many cards to shortcut this). Course this is just an example so the actual game may be different once the Rite cards get reworked to decide if they get Tiers or other requirements to be more balanced.
