This was an idea I had a long time ago. I was planning on doing some pics of evil little sister, daughters, and neices.

I don't recognize the character, but that hairstyle is wild. I love how subtly sinister she looks. Also how she remains young despite having defined lips- that's something I'll need to pay attention to in your work to see if I can get the hang of it too.

She is from "Codename: Kids Next Door." She is the younger sister of the character Numbah 3 (Kuki Sanban) I was intent on making her a bit older... Which is the reason behind the more realistic look. Not sure what to tell you about the hair... just going with what seems to work for the moment lol.
