Chapter 10
It's Just A Stitch

I sat down at the table with Ryan and Ms. Lee. I felt great. I had the biggest smile ever.* Nothing could stop this moment of such bliss, I was almost in a state of heaven. I was high on the clouds and livin' on a prayer. I kept staring at Ryan who was playing with his food, when he decided to launch some of his mashed potatoes at me!

"AH! Crap now my fur is dirty!"

"Oh I'm sorry," He walked over to me and sat on my lap, "lemme clean ya up!" He started licking my snout where the potatoes had landed. Just then everything spiralled like I was tripping out on Acid. I didn't understand, and I couldn't scream. No one was there and I was alone, spinning in some weird seperate diminsion. Then depression randomly hit. There was a very small light shining on me, while I was crying.

"huh- uh? whats.. ungh, happening?"

I was alone, but I was conscience.. In a hospital. I have no idea how I got here, or what even happened. The question was, where was Ryan? I couldn't stand to be apart from Ryan, and this just made everything worse. Feeling lonely is something everyone hates, and I dispise it almost more than anyone.

"Ryyann...." I whispered slightly just to hear his name out loud. The footsteps outside the hall were lively, so it was in the middle of the day. My belongings were on my bedside, and my phone was on the table. I decided to reach for it, and I tried to with all my strength, yet I could not do it. Instead a gray-ish white hand reached out and held it there. I couldn't bear to look, and instead I was crying.

"Wha- What happened to me Ryan?"

"I don't know who Ryan Is, but I'm sure he will be around."

There was a husky standing there, at around 5 foot 5 inches. I was embarrassed, but more disappointed at not seeing Ryan there. I felt like I did in my dream fantasy ordeal. Lonely and depressed. I saw his name on his coat. 'Dr. Flanger | Ph.D'.

"Dr. Flanger, I have two questions."

"Go ahead."

"What happened to me? Do you know?"

"Well, I don't know anything about it other than you were in coma for three months."

"Wow.. Well my second question is, um.. Have there been any visitors in here?"

"Nope, and I monitor this room very well. If there was a visitor I would know."

"Oh, okay. thanks."

"No problem cutie." *wink*

I wish he knew I had a boyfriend. At least it feels good to get commpliments. I saw my phone again and reached for it, this time grabbing it. I had regained mobility from the lay down position I was in. I didn't know who to call first, but since my family has lost me, I will call my new family.

*Dial*

*Ring*

*Brrr*

"I'm sorry, but the person you are trying to call is not available. Please hang up or try again."

Fuck.

Why won't he answer? Maybe he just doesn't have his phone. Yea, that's it. He is out somewhere and doesn't have his phone.

"Hey doc?"

"Yes?"

"When am i able to leave here?"

"As soon as you like, just head to the main desk and the nurse will give you your paper work."

"Alright.."

I started packing my bags, and put my phone back in my pocket. As I started leaving, Dr. Flanger called me out.

"H-hey, Here's my number If you have any problems, or ya know.. Just, there.."

The piece of paper read: 'Josh Flanger, 615-555-0134 <3'

"hehe, okay." I said flirtingly to joke with him.

*Few Minutes later*

"Okay, now just sign here, here, and here."

*scribble, scratch, drop*

"Okay Mr. Allen, you're free to go!"

Finally get to go home. Question was, I had no idea where I was. Luckily I saw the sign outside which said; 'Nashville Hospitial south.' This was only a 10 minute walk from Ryan's. So I decided to get a move on and greet Ryan for the first time in three months. I'm sure he would be very happy about this, and be very suprised about my very random visit. It's funny how everytime I rush thoughts into my head, I seem to walk everywhere faster, because I'm already at Ryan's house.

*Knock*

"Hello?" I opened the door for myself, forgetting I lived there now. I walked upstairs into Ryan's room where there was mumbling. I opened the door.

"Ryan?"

I saw Ryan and another cat having sex in his bed. I was so traumatized I couldn't move. He kept going at it, even when he saw me, he acted like I wasn't there. I ran out, and ran outside. All the way to the hangout. Which is where I remembered Josh. I pulled out the paper and my phone.

*Dial*

"WAKE UP!"

"Excuse me?"

"WAKE UP!!!"

*Awaken*

"Huh-a-wha?"

"Scott! You seemed you where having a nightmare. So I woke you so you could be at peace. Also I don't want you missing out on something."

"Yea, I was.. And miss out on what?"

"Come see!"

I got up, put on some clothes, and walked up to the attic with Ryan. He opened a secret area which lead to the roof, where we sat and watched the sunrise.

"Ryan, I love you with all my heart. Never leave me."

"I won't ever. I promise. Even when you're 70 and wrinkley, I will love you."
