And it's finished, a Pin up of Penny wearing an old outfit of Valerie's (with some updates to it).

This started out as a digital sketch drawn in GIMP 2.8 using the brush tool. Coloring, rendering, and touch up was all done using a combination of the Brush Tool, Erase Tool, and Smudge tools. While some of the background shapes were touched up using the eclipse and rectangle selection tool.
