Sketch of a character of the setting I've been developing. Ulthemia, Rose Queen, who became ruler of the Plant Kingdom after slaying the dragon fern Kiokio with the legendary lance Sanseviera (pictured in the middle, held by her in the left). A strong-willed ruler which holds order and harmony above all else.

Anthro to me actually applies to a lot of things - not just mammals, or animals in general. I've always wanted to apply the anthro concept to things like plants and stuff. This is something I think the community doesn't have nearly enough of, which is a shame, since it opens the doors to many interesting scenarios (some of which I hope to explore in the future).

I like how this drawing came out. I like the wrinkly, pocahontas-like approach to giving plants a face. The bushy scarf is all wrong in the right picture...
