Character Sheet for Lady Silvie Varulfur
Character Description
Silvie is my main fursona. As a member of Robert Varulfur's and my medieval fantasy world, she has both a general description (for when she is drawn outside of context, in modern day clothing, etc.) and a "canonical" description.
Generally, she is a timid but nice individual who avoids conflict and most social situations. She is friendly to those who seem open to it, though. She is mated to my husband's fursona, Robert the grey fox. They have one young daughter, Rosie.
She is a witch, but doesn't have a huge amount of magic. She can perform basic illusion magic, and can produce light/make things levitate/transfigure small things, but the spells usually don't last very long.
She usually wears fashionable clothing that isn't overly-conservative, but does cover all the necessary parts. She often prefers finger-length sleeves and exposed shoulders paired with skinny jeans or long skirts.
Canonical Description
The "canonical" version of Silvie is a lady in a that lives with her family in a small castle owned by the ruling kingdom and watched over by her parents, a count and countess. Her parents wish the best for her and desire that she be primed as a true lady so that someday she could marry someone higher in rank or at least a wealthy lord, but Silvie really has little interest in it herself. Her true passion lies in witchcraft, of course!
Due to her upbringing as a lady, Silvie is highly timid and bends over backwards to please those around her and to meet their expectations. She regularly bites her tongue and goes along with their desires, but when she's given the chance, she sneaks out of the castle walls to slip away to her witch's lair and practice magic. Her lair is an old stone tower-like building, half-collapsed and boarded up. Years ago Silvie fixed up the inside of the old tower, but leaves the outside as crumbled-looking and overgrown as possible so that no one trespasses on her magical artifacts and such.
This version of Silvie, too, is in a relationship with RobertVarulfur's Robert, who was granted a Baron title by the prince, who Robert befriended as a child and tended to run errands for. Robert managed to stumble upon Silvie's witch's tower, and rather than the whole 'burn the witch!' scenario occurring (as it did with her previous suitor), Robert was fascinated by the young witch. Little did he know that he'd meet the witch again the next day when he came to Silvie's castle to meet the count and countess. But fortunately for them both (as Silvie would have turned him into a toad if he'd dared to tattle), Patrick kept Silvie's double life to himself and the two fell in love, yada yada yada story development etc.
Initially Robert could only visit Silvie a few times a month when performing lordly duties, while they otherwise communicated through letters carried by Robert's red hawk (a falconing bird) and Silvie's witch's familiar, a small black raven who was accidentally merged with the spirit of a drowned girl named Noire. When he could visit, though, Robert always brought lower animals (non-anthro/non-sentient animals) for the count and countess as payment for Silvie's future hand in marriage.... along with bringing silvie witching supplies, secretly. ;3
After several years, they were able to be married and got their own small holding in the kingdom, and Silvie became an apothecarist for the King, secretly mixing magic with the potionry.
A few years into their marriage, Silvie gave birth to their first child, a young fox named Rosie, who seems to take after Silvie's magical nature.
Silvie is a fox sidhe, a silver fox imbued with fae magic. Sidhe runs in her blood, but neither of her parents had any magical abilities -- and Silvie's was strengthened in a magical accident when she was attempting to use the power of local fae spirits. Since the accident, she has had many more dealings with magical creatures (not all polite) attracted to the magic in her aura that most normal people don't recognize.

When Silvie is doing witchy things, she wears her witch hat and a purple gown. If she thinks she might be seen by anyone, the gown is long and medieval-styled like her usual attire, but often makes it shorter so she can get around more easily for her spellwork if she thinks she can get away with it.
