King Cerulean, our kind hearted and honest king. He's taken a trip to Northern Glacier to gaze upon the stars.

I went a bit Ham on this one. Was super inspired by a lot of things this day, and just went so overboard.
At first I was like "YEAH I got it all done!" and then I was like "IT NEED ANIMATIONS!" and then spent
forever trying to get the smallest movement without it looking to janky.
