At Rochester, NY’s RocCon 2018, I met Eugene Commodore… and after speaking a while asked if he’d be interested in drawing something a little OUTSIDE his usual area… and offered up Icarus! With the instructions, as usual, "I want people to be able to say, ’I can’t STAND that show.. but he’s Bad-Ass!’, I don’t want you to re-create something the show would do; draw Icarus as YOU want to."

And he did! And I LOVE it!
