Apparence: Cecil Anise is a male of below average height, and is quite slender as well. He has chestnut brown hair that curls and falls slightly over his eyes, and a white spot over his left eye. His right ear is partially shredded. Aside from the white spot, Cecil’s fur is a light brown. He paints his nails lavender, and sometimes wears pale pink eyeshadow. The typical outfit Cecil is seen in is a red suit jacket with a white undershirt, black tie, black pants, and black shoes with a white trim. His jacket is adorned with a lavender and black insignia on the left side, resembling a series of cubes.

Abilities: Everyday I Love You - A bound type echoes, EILY is attached to Cecil’s signature ceramic purple scissors, and allows him the ability to rend space. He can only rend the space of one thing at a time, but the separate portion acts as a type of “pocket space”, where he can hide objects and even people. EILY causes no physical harm to anything he severs, but does cause significant emotional discomfort in many people.

Everyday I Need You - The “advanced” form of EILY, EINY is a temporary ability brought out when Cecil is under extreme duress, allowing him to rend the very existence of creatures and “undo ties that shouldn’t be undone”. In this particular case, he severed Ose’s soul from his body – permanently.

History: Cecil Anise is the charismatic leader of Hunters’ Circus, one of Diamante’s most well known Exorcist agencies.

He gained his Echoes Ability at the age of 11, after surviving a robbery that ended with part of his ear being clipped off in the ensuing struggle. He owes the fact that his family is still alive to the fact that an older student, Zein, had happened upon the incident when he was heading home from a soccer game.

He developed a fondness for Zein, which only deepened after he protected the rabbit child from other teens bullying him for his destroyed ear and smaller-than-average frame. From this point on, Cecil gained an intense affection and form of hero worship for the older student, who was a member of, and founder of the school’s “Occult Research Club”. As he grew up, and Zein graduated, Cecil made it his goal to follow in the boy’s footsteps, deciding to one day become a famous exorcist himself. At 16, he took over as leader of the Occult Research Club, and at 20, he opened Hunters’ Circus with several friends.
