A half torn sticker I saw recently had me seeing things that aren't there... or are they?

Look again, There's a pale coloured Squirrel girl in a Qipao with her arms folded hiding behind a pair of paper fans. Probably about to kick me in the face for staring too long.

I do believe I need to find an artist to draw her properly, find out her name, and give here a ref sheet.
Recommendations of, or Expressions of Interest from, Artists would be greatly appreciated. It's probably not going to be till Mid to Late October that I'll have the spare money to afford to commission a pic, or a Ref sheet. But it just needs to, and will, happen.

Also apologies for the terrible mouse drawn sketch, I can't draw for beans. So I had to do what I could within my extremely limited skill set.
