I’m not a big consumer of stand-up comedians, my humor sense is terribly simple and innocent (I really enjoy a lot the humor of Mr. Bean, for example). Also I think I’m very biased when someone is performing as a furry (especially in fursuit), that’s the case with Bootz. The only two times I’ve seen this guy show, both on the Furnal Equinox’s masquerade, I really enjoyed it a lot, and laughed with his simple humor, while I was awwing with his really cute fursuit.
Im so happy he won the trophy this year (back in March, 2018).
For a long time ago I wanted to draw him, also to give him the surprise of a drawing of his fursona by me. Since the first surprised was me, when I realized this guy knew me and liked my work. I remember seeing him during the Fox Amoore concert, he was dancing with his music as the same as me, and I was thinking “when we stop, I need to ask him for a picture with me”, and when the music stopped, it was him who came to me and asked me a picture with me, haha!
