I mean, I finished this almost 4 days ago and am just getting around to uploading it now. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/28417268/ As said when I posted this on FA, I started this by reducing the palette to be more friendly to an actual NES. What started as me making a Nikola Tesla joke about how I was drawing a lot of pigeons lately became overthought and I decided to even name the weapons in the birdy Mega Man Parody. Morán Cutter, Tesla Beam, Newton Lift, Kelvin Shot, Bunsen Burst, and Nobel Bomb. Yeah, they are all named after scientists or engineers, and are based on the first six Robot Master's weapons. Drawing this on the NES might still pose a problem, as I used all the foreground palettes possible on just the main robot bird. I also think I used the 8x16 tiles awkwardly. I was thinking the bosses are all birds too, like Eleconure or Icegret. The scientist who built him is Dr. Plume and the evil one is Dr. Talon. Should the energy shots this bird fires be shaped like eggs or birdseed? Also, could his default be the Bird Blaster? What I thought of a new pun to go along with this upload.
