This is some of my Ponycon doodles, that for some reason shifted from ponies to Steven universe. I can't remember why it shifted but this kind of introduces my Pink pearl. She is a flawed gem, in that no matter how many times she reforms, she is 'stained'. Pink Diamond doesn't mind though. It just means she has a special pearl when compared to her sisters.

This originally was me drawing how I think Pink pearl would have interacted with the other diamonds, hence why the first picture is her interacting with white diamond, but then I wondered, what would her pearl be like. Pink pearl is a bit haughty, tending to say whatever she likes when she and her diamond are alone. She is rarely not smiling, which scares other pearls cause she tends to do this while ripping into other gems. She's super passive-aggressive with anyone who isn't her diamond.

In my mind, she survives the gem war (somehow) and wanders the universe in search of earth. Once there... who knows what she'll do to the gems her shattered her dearest diamond.

- White Diamond, in my mind, is a head of the authority and is always busy. Pink, being the youngest, didn't understand why her sister could never play or even talk to her. Doesn't stop her from trying though.

- Pink is a bit self conscious about her role as a diamond. Even Blue, who is only a few centuries older than her, has over a dozen planets under her rule. Her first planet is filled with strange creatures who have so many needs and creations. She asks her pearl for some encouragement.

- Pink Pearl is surprisingly straight forward for a pearl. Yellow said that must be because she was a 'stained' pearl rather than a normal pearl. Pink likes this about her since she helps her come to decisions easier.

(I have a head cannon that pearls are the first gem that any diamond makes. That first pearl is their personal servant for as long as they remain unshattered.

- Pink pearl being fabulous. She loves being near her diamond. She usually sits on her diamonds shoulder, ready to jump down and poof any gem that even thinks to question it.

- Pearls reformed form. She keeps the tutu(ish) part cause she was told by her diamond that she looked cute.

- Pink pearl laughs like a hime-sama.
