Yo! After analysing some stats and bouncing ideas with some friends, I've come to the conclusion that where I need to improve the most is in my sketching phase.
As such I've changed the way I do sketches and been doing these nightly practices which are basically speed paints. The trident mouse and the bird man took me 2 hours each. I've also added the pixel art versions as those are something I want to practice.
'Nother benefit of this is that I've been recording the practices, and since folks have been enjoying them I've reactivated my youtube channel and been uploading the time lapses there. You can check it out here:
