Rokuke and Roka playing on their 46th floor hallway in Cherry blossom mega apartment. 80 story building that's as round as 4 city blocks, meant to house the ever growing population (this was 30 or so years before space colonies are ready to take civilians) Every 5th floor is the bathouses, cafeteria, vending machine stores, arcades/entertainment areas (each apartment dont have a bathroom or kitchen on every floor is a 4 or so large bathrooms for the floor). Since overpopulation mixed with earth's Climate changing is stretching the resources thin so it forced people to be more communal. Also each floor is painted to a theme the people wanted on that floor, so If you walk up it would be painted different.
