Personality
Devin is extremely shy and easily embarrassed when dressed as a boy. He's far more open and social when dressed as a girl. He's often bossed around by his older siblings and his girlfriend/cousin Krystal. He's very loving and caring and often goes out of his way to make others feel better, even at his own expense.
He's terrified of thunderstorms to the point that he can't bring himself to leave his bed. He's also afraid of bugs and most feral reptiles.
He often wears girls clothing, which was started when Celia would have him play dress-up. Devin realized he was gender fluid shortly afterward.

A world called Gaea. Where incest, while still uncommon, isn't taboo. Genetic diseases, disorders, and mutations cease to be, thanks to genetic engineering. Sex is allowed regardless of age, as long as all parties involved give consent and don't revoke consent during the act. And marriage isn't restricted by gender, sexuality, prior relation (blood or marriage), or number of partners. It should be noted, however, that sex among the younger population is still uncommon, and remains so until the onset of puberty.

Black overall with white hair and green eyes. Also has white on all hands and feet as well as the tips of his ears and tail.
Clothing
His boy clothes include t-shirts and shorts. Girl clothes are usually a tank-top and a skirt with pink, frilly panties.
