I was taking a look at some League of Legends Art Spotlight paintings, and it made me think again about trying a painting. I want to get better at backgrounds and things, but this time I actually wanted to not get bogged down with it. A simple background, with some compositional elements and with some focus on the character with ambient lighting.
I think I slightly over did the yellow and maybe didn't achieve the best contrast over all, but I quite like the direction it's going in.
