Character Description
He is a blue fox. He likes to be near the water and hase a little extra neck floof
Personality
Eazy going, likes to have fun. Hase been known to be a little hipper at times. And is a little forgetful. He has room for fun and seeks ways to make most task fun but knows when to be serious too and he still enjoys that too He wants to think he is smart but needs to get control over Douglas. Douglass is a bad influance on blue.

He likes to be near the water. He likes swimming. Roler blanding. His stepbrother Douglas.
Background/History
Blue was always curios and loves to ither be in and around the water or be raised a bit off the ground on rolerblaids. When he was younger he was full of questions and still is but does not ask them as often as he used to unless the environment looks like he can ask away. He hase been shut down many times and discouraged from asking questions, and a few of his options of interest. When younger electrisity always interested him. However he lost the spark for a bit because he was told electrisity is dangerous. When he was a teen he found the spark again and bult a Tesla coile. After that his spark had again been taken. "You need sertint clases to be able to do things like this" blue was told by his prinsible who told him that he took electrisity clases. Blue replied how do I get in to some electrisity clases. The prinsible responsible for the putdown had no further comment. That put him on a path of teaching him self what he wants to know he takes responsibility for learning now. Although he hase a lot to learn about responsibility. Blue is now doing what he thinks to be achievable. He is teaching him self to be an artist. A cg artist mainly but is also teaching him self the basics of all art too. Not that he did not take q bunch of artclases in school.
