This is Rayoka Tsuni, formerly known as Kao Ratzu. This is one of the big revamps I did. Rayoka is now the name of the true father of Siberia and Kiara. His story is still the same in that he dies trying to protect them from the Intruders and ends up being lost until he realizes Kao Ninjaratzu is being raised to be his spirit reborn. He does ultimately fuse with Kao in the end leading to the Kao Ninjaratzu you ultimately see. On top of that, Botan was changed to have the name "Botani Tsuni" while the one originally called Botani is now named Zetani Tsuni. Rayoka and Zetani are brothers and Rayoka is now a Tsuni, rather than a Ratzu.
On other notes: I completely changed the map and changed quite a few backstories. I also removed some characters temporarily as I warned so I can fix up their story. As such, several old descriptions won't be accurate anymore. Part of the change is I'm going to slowly go through every upload and fix the descriptions by removing all information except the name of the character and a link to their page and any trivia that has to do with my thought process while drawing the image (but removing all trivia about the character's story).
Though I will say this: Rayoka's name is based on the proper way to pronounce Kao's name. If I could go back to EVERY account I've ever made, I would've changed Kao's name to "Kayo" so it's clear how it's supposed to be pronounced. Though I guess now it's easier to change usernames than it used to be. I guess it might be awkward having people start typing "Kayo" instead of "Kao" after 10+ years. So you'll just have to take my word for it. It's pronounced like the letters: K-O.
