I really like how you made this image. The lighting and effects are beautiful, as is the character herself.
I see this happen a lot in CGI images like this: the image is overall hyperrealistic, except for the eyes. A "dolls eye" effect can take away from an image. It works if the entire style is cartoony, like my works, but can be distracting, so I only make this post as advice, because I see you have incredible potential as an artist.

I made a quick edit of this image by changing her eyes: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1iuOqndZmrj0bUv782Zutf...
I hope it doesn't bother you that I edited your image; I certainly am not posting it anywhere other than this comment.

Notice that more human-like proportions warrant more human proportioned palpebral apertures. My advice is to consider trying the following:
1. Keep proportions with the rest of the character on the eyes.
2. Add upper and lower eyelids.
3. Add a caruncle (the pink spot on the nasal side of the external ocular orbit).

Don't take my tips as criticism, I just want to see you improve even more than you already have!

Thank you for the advices, but sadly, I'm not a modeller (well, not of this figure)
