I know I'm extremely late but doesn't tails have a loose connection to chaos, because he can turn super like sonic shadow and knuckles can. Although hes not called super tails but its triggered by the 7 chaos emeralds, it's like Turbo Tails or something but in the games he is super tails.

Sure, everybody does have some sort of connection with chaos energy only some are stronger than others. Tails have only used the power once or twice (Classic games and Sonic Heroes) but that's it. He is not as exposed to it as the others where they were either born/created(Sonic & Shadow) with it or have been exposed to it for a large portion of their life(Knuckles).
