from the images I seen she does not have ROuge's body type, ^^;

In fact, I use Rouge's body as a base, but I think I make her breasts too small.

I just drawn a pic of Whisper using the images I find best I can and her body is more Sally like even thought it seem her body has no fur on it but her head and tail...

I saw a high-quality reference sheet, she got a dark skin, which is good. :-)
And, that'd be tough to model and rig her cloak. Dang it, I may only make her model without a cloak.
