It seems that the twins got out of their confinement. The twins are pretty much regression and progression realized in people one can regress while the other ages. And its seems that Tundra and Larson got it full force and are on the way to becoming babs again. Truthfullly this is a recollection of an incident that happened back in 1995. Tundra is technically 42, being an experiment from the 70s. Larson is a hipster artist who is also a military experiment. Hes able to replicate any sound with his voice.
