Sam had seen all the cartoons and stuff on T.V. about hypnosis and thought it was a bunch of hullabaloo. Sam's "mommy" brought it up one day at one of their visits and Sam laughed it off. He thought there was no way that could be real. He finally consented to letting her do it after much prodding and couldn't have been more wrong.
