Very, very nicely done! I'd say the palette works splendidly.
The only criticism I have is that you drew his torso too long, I think. That is, if you intended on using official proportions.

and no, I didn´t intend on using the official Sonic Proportions. So his longer torso isn´t a mistake~ ^^
