This is the first drawing I made of Emei in mid February 2007. Shortly after this drawing, I started to draw her as a squirrel-cat hybrid. I have been drawing another character using Emei’s first design and I named her Leila.
Sketched with pencil (attempted to erase it), and inked with a ballpoint pen on an index card.
