Just a little practice with a snowing effect at night by lamp post light, plus haven't drawn 1987 Mikey for so long. Not sure what he could be doing out at night in the snowing weather, possibly out for a pizza night, perhaps he has dropped a pizza box on the floor XD

Oh my gosh how lovely it was to see an art from you after so long time! <3 This Mikey looks absolutely lovely and I love the light effect! ^___^ <3 Snow effect is also great but here's a little tip - try different brushes on new different layer with either overlay or add to get more snowy look etc. if you want to :D
