This is Chumley Stalokan, Bullet Stalosia's best friend and partner. He's a little guy, but that often helps him hover close to Bullet so he can help her out at all times. He was born without arms, but in a display of his brilliant mechanical skills, he managed to build himself the pair of robo arms that allow him to do pretty much anything he wants, including fly (which is what he most often is using them for).
1. Shortly after drawing Bullet, I immediately wanted to draw Chumley. He's actually based on a Donkey, but both are still known as Stallopikos. He's just really small and happens to have large buck teeth. It was just constant thoughts of him hovering around using copter propeller arms that he came to be.
2. Though he looks like a child, he's actually older than Bullet (who is Kao's age). Though despite that, Bullet is often mistaken for being his mother if not older sister cause of how much bigger she is. They're actually mates though.
3. The Klapikos are fairly new in universe, so when Kao and his friends first come across Bullet and Chumley, they have no ide who or what they are. In a sense that's why they are traveling around the world, to learn more about it and teach the world about themselves.
4. I think I originally kept calling him "Duncan" but I completely forgot and ended up calling him Chumley. He is that type that's always there for you even if you otherwise have nothing in common. Like the perfect friend (his nature is kind of inspired by a friend actually, making him kind of a tribute).
