His hair is made up of the cosmos in which he is from. He has 2 other forms, his anthro and Feral. Those forms will be revealed once he is bought

He is a very curious man, looking about the universe and studying the life upon planets, learning about species in a rather close manner.

Background/History
Originally, Cosmic did not have a true form, he was just a ball of celestial life. He has come to terms with himself by creating his own form(s) to travel the universe with a solid body and look. He comes from deep within the cosmos, the Celestial being who created the cosmos.
