Here's a photo of my new kitten's face. As you can see, she's as black as you can imagine. Right now, her eyes are blue, although they're starting to change.

I got a telephone call from my vet yesterday saying that I'll be able to take her home later this week. She's still a wee bit small but, she's doing well. I can hardly wait to bring her back home. I really missed having her here.

Thanks. It's hard to believe that she was found underneath an oak tree. She was very hungry so, there's no telling how long she'd gone without food before she was found. Now, she considers me to be her new mother because all she has to do is hear my voice, or be unable to find me, and she starts crying for me. I'll be posting another photo of her tomorrow. I have to do it like that because, for some reason, my computer will allow me to copy and paste no more than five times per day or restart. This last photo is the cutest one yet of her. I've got a vet appointment for her tomorrow afternoon so, she may not be in any mood to be friendly after we get back. LOL. BTW, thanks for adding her to your favorites.

Thanks, I recently returned from taking her to the vet. The vet says she's about 5 weeks old (4 weeks in this photo) and she needs to stay with the vet for a couple of weeks so, that's where she is for now. When she returns home, she'll be bigger.
