As Popplio was strolling around, her friend Arbok was sneaking close behind. Popplio had the feeling that she was being watch when suddenly Arbok surprised her by jumping out from his hiding place. He caught her and wrapped himself around her. Popplio looked up, smiled, and said, "I guess I'm it now, haha." This was another request for pokemonartist.

This is one is my first attempt at changing up how I do my outlines. I wasn't liking how solid black outlines were looking.
Also I want to thank yurijmi for recommending Clip Studio Paint to me. This was my first piece drawn on it and I like it a lot better than Sketchbook Pro.
