Character Description
Stratus Wind is an asylum seeker with dreams of reaching the nation of Ionis, the only nation fully safe from the current global war. He has aerokinetic abilities, the power to manipulate and create air, giving him abilities such being able to fly, created small tornado and enhancing his fighting techniques.
Personality
He is normally introverted and keeps to himself unless he's with close friends or people he trusts or idolizes.
Background/History
He has become very retracted solely due to the fact that he was part of an army, where he played a huge part in wars in which he killed many people over his lifetime and he has never forgiven himself.
World/Setting
The world he hails from is currently undergoing a global war, so many parts of the world are devastated. However there are many places that have remain untouched or barely damaged by the constant battles, places in which they try their best to move forward in peace and uphold their traditions and cultures.
