Our host, having just gotten out of the shower is still in the middle of singing when he gets interrupted by the good doctor. Stripes doesn't seem to realize it is him though and starts begging and pleading for mercy from his boss apparently. I guess putting the diapers in the karts to promote them didn't satisfy the higher ups OR he's worried that it didn't and isn't prepared to face the consequences.
Either way, Eggman's got him covered. It's time to be a bro and offer help the only way the Eggman can.
