Turns out the gems Jet found weren’t one of a kind, though to be fair Scourge isn’t a thief, per se, and isn’t familiar with the rules. That said, while one would think it common sense not to wear unknown glowing gems expecting a power-up, Scourge never was one to worry about consequences.
