This is Fortuna Majora. She is a fortune teller who helps guide wayward Starmaninjians and gives them magic bonuses. I actually had her drawn a long time ago, but finally got around to coloring her in.
1. Speaking of finally. Ever since I noticed I have an Ursaratzu (Starmaninjian bear) for every type of bear that I could distinguish (Nanoa = Brown/Grizzly, Pan = Panda, and Aerice = Polar), I wanted to make a Black Bear to round it out. Fortuna was an idea I had well before the idea, but now she has a body to go with her concept.
2. As mentioned, Usraratzus have plantigrade feet and 5 toes as a result. Lance is the exception though, as he only has 3 toes but he's more like a Bear-cub type.
3. Her odd last name is kind of based on the constellations.
4. If anyone has played Paper Mario and knows the job Merlee and Merluvlee have....that's the idea.
