More like Stand On. Originally from Disney's A Goofy Movie, Powerline is more like some superhero music rockstar. He does this move in the song 'Standout', and it has given me the shivers to watch ever since I was a kid.

It just so happens it makes a great excuse to show off my feet and tie you to the bottom of one like a living sandal.
