He used to be intelligent and charming. He won several Nobel in science. And he has a very beautiful and devoted assistant and later, wife.

But a jealous fellow scientist rigged his latest invention. It blown up. Killed his wife and severely destroyed his body. He managed to survive, though crippled. The stress of losing his wife and his good looks sent the young scientist spiraling downward into chronic depression.

Some times the later, he disappeared from the face of earth. And everyone assumed him to be committing suicide somewhere.

But nobody knows that the scientist is till active even today. He was hidden deep in the underground basement conducting experiment. He wanted to bring his wife back to life.

And he also wanted to make his face and body as beautiful as before the accident.

He was mad.

He killed several people and fixed his body with their remains. Then he killed several women who had similar appearance as his wife. He also hunted several men who have similar skin as his.

He didn't care about the pile of dead bodies he accumulated in order to recreate himself and his wife like before. He is a perfectionist. He will make them perfect, to every single last cell.

Man, women, children, he would kill them all without pity. As long as he got what he wanted.

The young, charming and intelligent scientist now is no more than a being whose atrocities could make even the devil green with envy.

And no, he didn't rape. His 'thingie' was destroyed in that accident. Though when he found a suitable replacement thingie... he will rip them out and stitch it on himself... while the castrated victim bleed to death... This guy is a pure nightmare fuel XD

Ouch, that looks hurt... a lot >.< I mean, raped while you are bleeding to death? >.< (I am willing to make it for you if you ever wanted to make something like that in drawing form Xp)

The last part of your story is kinda narmy, i mean the "you are a phone?" line XD

And in my opinion, it's not scary enough... probably because you haven't reached the point where the victim is killed Xp
