I wanted to draw a pretty dress for Derpy X3

In the little stories in my head there was this time Spirit collaborated with Rarity to make a pretty dress for Derpy for her birthday, Rarity's idea (Since she has a pink friend who is a database of birthday info) X3
So I imagine it being this dress.
OR art least I was making an attempt at designing it
