Abilities
Flight: Everyone in this species is born with this power. Since walking is not neccessary, Cotton never learned how to walk.
Lightning: Discovered at a young age. Has little to no control over it. Activates when Cotton expresses extreme emotion or if she's surrounded in water.
Fog: Discovered during Cotton's first time visiting the mainlands. With the stabilizers removed, Cotton can disperse her body outwards into a dense fog to disorient and confuse enemies. However, when Cotton forms back to her original state, she experiences immense pain. Only used in dire situations.
Personality
An outgoing optimist with a heart of gold. Cotton loves to socialize but lacks strong vocal chords to hold a lasting conversation. Luckily enough, her emotions are easily readable. Cotton is prone to overexerting her emotional capacity but tries her best to keep herself at bay, lest she triggers her lightning accidentally.

Cotton's Most Favorite Thing
Shortly after leaving home and taking her first trip to the mainland, she came across a cart filled with colorful bags of cotton candy. At first glance, Cotton was terrified due to thinking that the vendor was serving cloud puffs (her kind's young) and was about to break into a rescue mission. Once the vendor could get Cotton to calm down, they calmly explained to her what it actually was and offered her a sample. Cotton had to convince herself that this was not cannibalism and tried a bite. Ever since that day, she can't get enough of it.

Cotton's Most Despised Thing
Out of everything and anything Cotton has come into contact, water is the worst. Now mind you, Cotton is not hydrophobic. She just doesn't like getting wet. Because of her being a cumulite, water particles can trigger her powers in an instant.

Background/History
Cotton was born on July 2nd in the hidden Cloud Colony. The leader of their kind had given her a stabilizer bracelet, due to the powers Cumulites possess. All Cumulites are born with the ability of Flight, the most common secondary powers being Shapeshifting and Wind. At a young age, it was discovered that Cotton was given lightning abilities due to a temper tantrum smiting down a stray tree on the mainland below. This power was not common but definitely not rare. Although Cotton's was of a higher range than most. Because of this, the leader had to supply her with another bracelet in hopes of controlling her abilities. Not much went on in Cotton's childhood after the incident, she was raised normally. Made A's and B's in her classes and even participated in social events. But as she was coming of age to freely leave the Colony, the leader bestowed upon her a gift. Hair ties with a built-in tracker, just to keep an eye on her. After all, she was considered a threat when her emotions were out of control. After that, she was off on her first trip to the mainland. Cotton was overjoyed to finally explore the world. But as you know, the mainlands can be dangerous for newcomers. Cotton was ambushed by a band of rogue robots. Since she was never taught how to fight and had next to no control with her lightning, she did the only thing she could think of. Disappear! With this thought, her stabilizers slipped off and she dispersed into a dense fog, confusing the enemies attacking her. The rogue robots left shortly after, leaving her in the clear. Cotton grabbed for her stabilizers and slipped them back on, finding out the side effect of usuing this new ability. Pain and lots of it. Her trip was delayed and she traveled back home to get herself fixed up. Once she was fully healed, the last two bracelets were given to her and she was off yet again. Her second time around was much more successful and Cotton decided to settle herself in a small town nearby Station Square. Cotton can mostly be seen inside Twinkle Park, either annoying the angsty teen who runs the Cotton Candy Cart or just exploring around the beautiful park.
Relatives/Family
Her parents are in their Fifties, conceiving Cotton at a late age. Because of this, she has no other siblings, just her parents as family. Her mother is a retired Elementary School Teacher while her father is a Stay-at-Home Dad. Since Cotton is of age and has moved out since her days in the Cloud Colony, her mother spends her days taking care of her husband. Cotton makes sure to keep in touch with her folks whenever she can.
World/Setting
Lives on the planet, Mobius in a small town outside Station Square. Owns a small cottage home but rarely stays inside. Originally lived in the hidden Cloud Colony in the sky with her family. (Note: The Cloud Colony is non-canon. I'd like to imagine its an urban legend kind of place, similar to Atlantis.)
Body
4'4", Soft to the touch, chubby body type, all-white body, bright blue eyes, and hairdo styled in puffy pigtails (reaches chest when down)
Clothing
No clothing is needed for this gal. Plus, clothing would restrict her movement and really keep her from using her powers.
Accessories
Four stabilizer bracelets (One on each arm and Leg) with multi-colored orbs, hair ties (built-in tracker that Cotton is unaware of) and Polka Dot Glasses; also sometimes wears a polka dot scarf in colder temperatures
