Personality

personality: Hellene is a very motherly woman, she's social and protective. She works hard to keep people happy, especially children. She tirelessly makes homemade crafts and clothes, and shares them with the needy for dirt-cheap. She likes to keep her home warm and full of food and cheer. Hellene's compassion is almost overbearing, unable to not help someone. She gets worried and frets over other people's problems, sometimes to her own detriment.
Hellene has discarded her rapier, and instead picked up an Estoc as her weapon of choice. The Estoc is a edgeless blade with a sharp tip, fitting for a women who wants to use her sword only to protect.

Likes/Dislikes

likes: Quilts, Baskets, Warm Sourdough, Sweet tea, "Pigs in a blanket" (sausage wrapped in croissant-dough), Blueberry Muffins, Deviled Eggs, Blue Skies, the color blue, warm milk, kids.

Background/History

bio: Hellene comes from a long line of powerful warriors, Royal guards from the rival kingdom of Estrona. As a girl, she was brought up and trained to use a rapier, to protect her charge with her life, and to obey athority. She graduated and was given a posting to protect a low ranking Noble. It was an easy postion, with only bandits and the occasional wandering monster as a threat.

This changed one day as a foreign legion came on a mission of deplomacy. Never having met any foreign soldiers, Hellene was charged to keep her eye on these unknown warriors. She fell in love with one of them, a Golden Dog wielding a spear, Vincent. Hellene and Vincent conceived Talen in Estrona, and she decided to leave her country to raise Talen in Vincent's home country of Kondurhym. She and Vincent did not stay together, and decided to pursue different tracks in life. She later married a Tavern owner named Jacobs and had three other children with him.

The royal blue of the royal guards runs through her veins, and is why Talen has blue ears and genitals (although she didn't get her mom's blue tongue)

Bonnie was a regular at her home, to the point where she was excepted as family and had her own spot at the dinner table.
Hellene always had a soft spot for kids, and always looked after Bonnie. She fed her, made her clothes, offered her a warm bed, and even did a bit of schooling for the ferret.

In turn, Bonnie became fiecrely protective of Hellene just as much as Talen, and developed some canine quirks like barking when she was angry.
That's why Talen and Bonnie won't let you see her naughty bits. That's our mom after all. >:V
