A cross between the iridescent black-bodied mexican burrowing python (which is not really a python at all, and not to be confused with Xenopeltis unicolor, the sunbeam snake) and the stripey, gorgeous black headed python (a hefty python from australia.) I think I fucked up on what he wanted for colors, though.. I made two other versions that I will be putting in my scraps shortly but I doubt any of them are right. I thought I had a good idea of what it was he wanted, but after re-reading.. not so sure!
And no, that's not a slit. There are just splits in the scutes. Her vent is hidden beneath them geeze >(
