These are modern versions of Lavendula and her son, Silverthorn, dressed as characters from Overwatch. It seems too serious to be considered simple cosplay.
Lavy is dressed as Ana, sporting the Snow Owl outfit. The older Thorn, on the other hand, is donning the classic blue rocket suit of Pharah.
