This is Gex. That's not his real name, obviously, but his self appointed nickname. Gex is a talented weapons developer who just happens to be an albino, very possible the only one in known space. His eyes are a bit bad because of his condition, meaning he is ill-equipped to actually aim and fire the guns and creations he loves building and studying so much, but despite this his enthusiasm for weaponry is undampened. Because of this he fit the bill for the Weapons Specialist slot on board The Salty Wench, a newly christened ship for the Maw Aces. That's only a fraction of the story.

Doodled this while warming up for commissions. He's a character for a roleplay a friend and I are fleshing out. I love the characters we have so far, which are very diverse and all fun in their own way, but Gex is one of my favorites. He's very hyperactive, oozes enthusiasm from every amphibian pore, and even though he really shouldn't he still gets behind a gun every now and then. He's a real chatterbox and very loyal to his shipmates, since finding employment in his field with his condition has been disheartening to him, so he views them as very genuine people for hiring him anyway.

Also, come on, frog freckles. I love making characters. Back to work with me.
