This is Harack a demon bird from the Conan animated cartoon from the early nineties. He was one of the coolest characters and made Falconeer more interesting after two of the main bad guys had Falconeer possessed by putting a dark mantle on him after kidnapping him in his own house and country. As typical Conan saved the day and Harack was in only one show instead of an occasional reappearance which would of had been nice. Oh and Falconeer became a dork again. I would add the nifty vest on which is the same dam thing Falconeer wears, which makes one wonder why Falconeer's friends and even family did not initially notice, because it was a bi difficult for me at the time.
