A common animal used for labor and transportation in mainly rural areas. Its highly tolerant nature and thick skin make it valuable in battle or emergency situations. A very passive beast that bonds well with a herd or single owner.
Never aggressive but defensive of its companions when threatened.
Brawni are a herbivore with a broad diet due to their long history of domestication and enjoy many wild plants as well as cultivated ones. Beware, an unattended Brawni can do major damage to crops and should be penned away from fields and orchards. Some have also been known to develop a taste for alcohol and cases of them getting into wine barrels or fermentation vats are not uncommon.
Their easy and gentle nature is often mistaken for low intelligence but don't be so quick to judge, Brawni have a sharp memory and attuned senses for locating resources. Many tribes use them to detect underground water.
A solid companion for farmers, adventurers or pet owners, Brawni are always a good and reliable choice.
