This dragon is someone you guys may know as Jason, but he's actually a particular... variation? of Jason known by the name Shiveztel.

The important thing to note here is the pendant hanging from his mouth, as Jason's pendant vanishes in his dragon form. Shiveztel carries it with him.

In short, Jason and Shiveztel are the same individual, from different timelines. Jason was gifted the ability to shapeshift by his mother to blend into human society, and thus was raised as a human. Shiveztel never had that ability and was raised as a dragon.
