This is Poncho Catrizu, the father of Saguara Catrizu. Though it was Saguara who made the Catrizu Tower a thriving city, Poncho was mostly around when the desert was far harsher. Despite that and his sadistic nature, he proved to be a good ally in Rhazen's travels. He does lack arms and instead has tentacles that he attached nozzles at the tip to in order to spray water on his enemies.
He looks evil with his glaring red eyes and the tentacles. He is kind of chaotic, but he's one of the heroes. He's just more the type like Baiyo who is quite unmerciful to his enemies and attacks relentlessly. His eyes are just bloodshot cause of the desert air and cause he loves to live on the edge of the law. Technically his hair is supposed to be blacker.
He is a Spinerizu, or a "Hedgehog", but cleverly uses his spines like tentacles to spray water like blasters. The attachments are robotic, making him a Cyboninjian. He often swaps out the medal depending on the type of water streams he wants to fire.
I really REALLY wanted to name a character Poncho. I just really like the name.
