Sometimes I wonder why Lunamew gets raped so often. At this point, it's not even probable anymore, and yet Lunamew, in stark contrast to anyone else who would probably get to a point that they either start going "meh" or just mentally collapse on themselves like a neutron star, continues to act like it's some big new horrifying experience for her.
Now don't get me wrong, rape is horrifying and scarring and bad and all that, but Luna just plain manages to blow everything about it right out of the water with a Howitzer.

It's actually a running joke from back at the AGNPH oekaki as to why she gets raped so much (one event involved an orgy of carebears, tentacles and mudkips, among other things). And despite popular opinion, Lunamew isn't my poke/fur/persona. She's just a character, so I don't see a point getting all butthurt over what anyone else decides to draw or write about her :3. It just comes with the territory of creating something cute and unleashing it on the internet. Besides, she's just a collection of pixels on a screen or lines on paper, so Lunamew isn't going to be particularly offended by other collections of color and lines sticking it where she doesn't want it ^_^.

I'm sorry, while I get your logic, I just can't really follow that. Maybe I'm too nice, but I feel an odd sort of compassion for characters, especially cute ones - so cases like Luna's I can't help but question.
That aside, I was actually more of asking why you're all about rape anyways. Unlike a lot of cases, I can't just blame it on you not understanding the actual impact of such an event on a person's mental stability - clearly, you do, judging by how you portray the victims, particularly in cases not involving Luna.

He didn't really look all that mean to me anyways. But yeah, it could definitely use more contrast. It's actually hard for me to work with dark colors, because my monitor is on its way out and... rather dark, so almost everything looks like a muddy blackish splotch to me already. Maybe once I save up for a new one, it'll be easier working with darks.
